The Desert City Ajmer is undoubtedly one of the prime attractions to explore in the state of Rajasthan. PLACES TO VISIT IN AJMER
 
Dargah of Khawaja Sharif
One of the must see places, Ajmer Dargah is located at the foot of a barren hill. The shrine is next only to Mecca and Medina for the Muslims of South Asia. The saint’s tomb with a splendid marble dome is in the center of the second courtyard surrounded by a silver platform.
 
Adhai-din ka-jhonpra
Well-known for its outstanding structure, Adhai-din ka-jhonpra is a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture located on the outskirts, of the city, just beyond to Dargah.
 
Lakes
Along with its several religious attractions it is equally known for its stunning lakes. Introduced in between 1135-1150 AD, Ana Sagar Lake is the beautiful Lake surrounded by magnificent hills and on its bank, there is most stunning park known the Dault Bagh.
 
Nasiyan Temple
Mostly visited by Jainism, Nasiyan Temple known as Jain temple of red color built in 1865 is simply worth to explore.
 
Forts
If there is Architect that attracts you most then do visit several astonishing forts of Ajmer such as Taragarh Fort from where one can experience spectacular views of nature.
